2. Custom Color Match Service

Q: What is the Custom Color Match Service?
A: Our Custom Color Match Service allows you to customize the colors of any Signature Collection wallpaper or wall art to fit your style. You can choose up to 10 colors using name-brand paint color chips, and we’ll create a mockup for your approval.

Q: Can I customize more than one product with one Custom Color Match Service?
A: The Custom Color Match Service applies to one product at a time. If you wish to customize both wallpaper and wall art, you’ll need to purchase the service for each item.

Q: Are Custom Color Match Service purchases refundable?
A: No, due to the personalized nature of the service, Custom Color Match purchases are non-refundable. However, we’ll ensure everything is just right with a mockup and one complimentary revision before production.

3. Shipping & Returns

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: For the Signature Collection, shipping typically takes 3-8 days, with 1-3 days for fulfillment. Daily Drops printed via our ‘Get It Printed’ service also ship in 3-8 days. Please note, shipping is free for Daily Drops, and free shipping is available for Signature Collection orders over $100.

Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
A: We do not accept returns for Daily Drops or Get It Printed items, as these are customized or made-to-order. The same applies to Signature Collection items, as they are printed to size or customized in color. However, if you receive a defective product, we will replace it after an investigation.

Q: Why might the color of my product differ from what I see on my screen?
A: Screen settings can vary, and colors displayed on your device might differ slightly from the final printed product. Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or exchanges due to these differences.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping is free for Daily Drops. For Signature Collection items, shipping is $20 for orders under $100, and free for orders over $100. Wallpaper sample shipping costs $20.
